    After waiting weeks I used the tracking number-and found out that the seller started the shipping process with FedEx which is how they were able to provide a tracking no but they never actually gave the item to fedEx so I contacted the seller and asked them to please give the item to FedEx and over night it at their expense or give me a full refund so they choose to give me a refund, blamed it on FedEx . so they refunded $ along with an offer to purchase again which proves they still had them
