  Seller is a rockstar! Product is great. install is easy. Instructions are very clear. I have a Korean car but mistakenly ordered part for US version. Seller proactively sent extra harness required for Korean model. Then when I got into a trouble because I was following instructions for US-made model and texted him, he immediately responded and spent a good amount of time to troubleshoot and sending me instructions appropriate for my car model. Even local shops don't offer that much support.

  I had a couple of hiccups along the way with the install. Contacted the customer service number via text and their responded pretty quickly. They were able to help me troubleshoot my problem with the pictures I sent and they requested. They were able to help me figure out my wiring issue. PS Make sure you don't let your battery go dead during the install lol. That calls me a lot of headaches at the end. 100% on me not them. Everything works great I'm very happy with this product and the support.
