    Will not respond to what the issue was. There were clear pictures of the cards condition, it was not perfect, that is why it was 1.80 with free shipping. It was sent out the day it was purchased following all the card shipping guidelines, penny sleeve, top loader, a piece of masking tape with the corner folded over, in a shipping sleeve, in a thank you card and shipped via standard Ebay envelope.

    This card shows delivered on July 3rd. The customer contacted me on July 27th stating he never received it. I told him to file a claim with Ebay so I can refund his money no questions asked. He gave me negative feedback and refuses to start a claim or reply to me. He also has a 0 feedback rating, scammer?
