    Feel like purchased damaged decommissioned units as all of them have some defect. One was even coded with tape preventing access to scan. They don't load, errors in their scanning and blue error lines.

    Buyer reached out to let us know that there was an issue with 2 of them, they were informed of our return policy. All three items did power on, feed paper and scan in, however the buyer was unhappy with the quality. Again, we offer free 30 day returns, I'm sorry there's not more we can do in this situation. Blue masking tape is used to attach inventory tags while these are in the warehouse, there is no incentive for us to sell bad items when we offer free returns.
