  After sending me the wrong plant & then waiting for her to get it back before she would send the right plant (never once saying sorry) she sent basically a completly unhealthy plant. I went back & forth with her repeatedly - there was die back and she shipped it soaking wet- you do not send Euphorbia soaking wet. It is rotting & in horrible condition. She is taking no responsibility and said it is going dormant- it was September from Florida- not going dormant. Do not buy from this seller.

  Plants do go go dormant and semi-dormant in florida. It's a fact. Soil has to be wet for a plant to survive, any other presumption would be just bizarre.
