    The plant had a rough trip, I couled tell. I was scared that it was going to dry up but it seems to be recovering. It’s quite tall with many branches and nice roots. Very happy with this plant

    This Veronica b sent me this plant during the winter and it was frozen and dead and I reported it to you and I said seller agreed to replace it. She never did so I ordered another one and asked her to send me the replacement one as well and she said I was lying about the plant and said she had no record of it and acussed me trying to rip her off. I reported this to you last week and I have not heard back from you and I have heard nothing. ???

    The only reason buyer placed the order is to demand free additional plant. When I uncovered the non existing 'frozen' order and non existing 'agreement' to 'replace' it, buyer requested cancellation, which was done in a timely matter. I asked 3 times to provide the order number for the 'frozen' order, never received the reply.
