    The insoles were aftermarket and useless, so new ones had to be purchased for an OK fit. This should have mentioned in the description. Even after this, they don't really fit well compared to other pairs of New Balance 530 shoes I have. I did reach out to the seller a few weeks after receiving them due to travel plans. They never replied.
