United Art and Education was founded in 1960, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. The 1970's and 80's marked the opening of our first retail store, and an expansion into nationwide catalog distribution. We are committed to serve schools, organizations and individuals with quality products, competitive prices and friendly customer service. Bought it in late July, it’s now the 15th of August, eBay is making me wait till the end of August to get a refund even though it clearly shows on the tracking that it hasn’t seen a truck since the 3rd, don’t know how this happened but it’s ridiculous!
