    I would have to say that these hair clips lack quality and the price is quite high for what this is. I am giving a positive rating because the seller refunded me without question and fairly immediately so in the end I am satisfied.

    The buyer disliked the color, and I agreed to issue a refund. However, the package was never opened, so I’m not sure how they reached a conclusion about the quality.
