    Gotta give kudos to this seller. Item arrived damaged by the USPS who offered “sincere regrets” for their equipment chewing up the package. I contacted the seller to advise , sent pictures of the damaged item and he assured me that he’d send out a replacement immediately which he did! That means excellent customer service and I’d definitely buy from this seller again. He stands behind his products and wants his customers to be happy. Highly recommend!!! The USPS? Not so much!

    Thanks for your kind words. Customer service is second nature as serving our customers is our primary job. Money from sales comes in and buys inventory and pays bills, but we are not here for that, our customers are #1. Damaged packages are RARE and we will get reimbursed, as the shipment was insured. As I post this, we are waiting on the refund.

    Seller was perfect but USPS was disastrous. I paid extra for Priority Mail and still the package took a full week to get from Georgia to Connecticut.

    I am sorry about this issue! Ground Advantage may have been quicker. A week to deliver priority is absurd.
