    Envelope/card was a little bent on arrival but as it's not an expensive one I don't mind much! Have flattened it out with a heavy book.

    I'm sorry to learn this - you can put all the warnings in the world not to bend but somehow the post finds a way! For higher value cards (approx £5+) I use semi-rigid sleeves but for more 'everyday' cards it only just costs even with a penny sleeve for a single card order.I would like to send you a replacement but I'm sorry that I have no stock of this card. Please if you would like to refund the item that is understandable also.Flattening is a neat trick but you shouldn't need to! Nath
