    The jack is fine. The problem is that it was shipped to us through the Indianapolis USPS center. I can drive there in 3 hours but it takes at least a week for items to leave that city. We live east of Indianapolis but the jack was sent west to Chicago before going east to Grand Rapids, MI. This isn't the first time we have hit huge delays in shipping through this facility.
