    Hi - I'm not sure why you would provide us negative feedback regarding this purchase. When I check the tracking number through USPS, which you can also do, it shows "Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)" and that the item is available for redelivery or pickup. We shipped the item promptly, your issue seems to stem with your local post office. You will need to follow up with them.
