    The controller works that’s the only positive. Far from ‘great condition’. The controllers appearance had deep scratches and stains that cannot be removed even after cleaning. The left stick has got stick drift it’s been just over a month and the controller hasn’t been dropped. For the price you’re better off getting a brand new controller. I was offered a resolution of sending the controller back and wait for another controller to be sent back. Which will cost more time and money.

    We are sorry that you feel this way - We have solder over 500 standard playstation controllers and unfortunatly there are 1 or 2 that slip through the cracks. We responded straight away and even offered a free return so it would have cost you no money to resolve. Dissapointed we couldnt have worked together to resolve and instead negative feedback is left
