    This unit does not work. After 20 seconds we get a "Rate Error" code. This error occurs consistently right around 20 seconds at different RPMs and with no samples loaded. With this code, the operating manual indicates to contact customer service and they want us to ship the unit to CA for repair. I don't want to do that. Your site said "Tested and works great”. I strongly disagree with that statement.
