    I give negative feedback for the reason I had good communication with seller but the wig bunched up in the back when I adjusted it to the second hook if you will. The netting bunched up and wouldn't lay flat if I put it on the first hook/loop it wasn't as snug as I wear wigs. The seller sent pics advicing how to adjust it but I explained it did not lay flat on the back of my head. The return shipping was more than the $20. Plus change that the wig cost. I was refunded $2. wow. That's insulting.

    We offer a hair net as a gift, and the wig has hooks and loops for adjusting the elasticity inside. It is possible that the buyer did not tidy up their hair beforehand or did not operate the hooks properly, so the wig cannot be worn properly.
