    The item was sold as new sealed came with tape & old cardboard stuck to bottom with sellotape holding it in place the nylon straps had been slackened off even the instruction book wasn’t in the box this was an opened item before it was even sent out reported it to eBay as seller is trying to fob me off saying it was sealed before it let them..!
