  Great seller here. Item was packaged well and arrived securely and earlier than expected. The damage which was fully described and photographed was not nearly as bad as I had imagined, and it’s just a very sweet guitar at a very reasonable price. Would work with a seller and recommend to anyone else to do so as well

  Item was shipped well but incorrectly described in listing. The seller disclosed it was in an open box with flaws on the back on the instrument, however there were 3 large scratches on the finish on the front of the ukulele and none of this was disclosed in the listing. I felt it was inpropberly represented. I was offered refund if I returned, but that would cost me $20 for shipping both ways and that was not acceptable. I kept the ukuele but was very dissapointed.

  Scratches were seen in the picture of the body on the listing as stated in our conversation. It was an open box clearly stating that it had flaws. You received a working ukulele for $20 with a couple of surface scratches that is normally sold for $119.00 brand new. We are truly sorry you are disappointed, that is why we gave you the option to return. Normally we do not give that options on B stock items.

  Inexpensive but beautiful guitar. Almost never disappointed by anything I’ve gotten by Ibanez. Seller was great. Responded and fulfilled request I made when purchasing. Guitar very well packaged: extra bubble wrap in guitar box and Ibanez box packed into another box. This is how all guitars should be shipped. A++++ seller.
