    When I received the shoes, they were not in the condition that the pictures, and the seller indicated. I've refurbished many pairs of Birks, but these were beyond my expertise. I also had to put them outside to air out. They were dirty and smelly. I notified the seller that I wished to return them, then found out there was no free returns policy. The seller was very unpleasant to work with, so I kept the shoes. I hope eBay understands that a lot of the reviews are either fake, or coerced.
