    The item was advertised as new. It didn't come in an OEM box. I assumed it was loose but tested as working. I installed and it didn't fix the issue. This lead to 3 hours of troubleshooting that lead me to the conclusion this new part was defective. I opened it up and it was a mess inside. Someone had taken it apart and reassembled it completely wrong. It didn't work, never did and was not tested before listing. I was the tester and it cost them $9 in refunded shipping fees to have me test it.
