The seller listed as used. According to the used definition, it works. This remote is missing the power supply to charge it. Right now, the battery is dead and will not turn on. I have requested twice that the seller provide the power supply or send a call tag, so I can return and receive a refund with no reply. If you plan on buying from this seller, and your item is listed as USED, contact the seller and ask if the item is complete and that it works. I returned the remote and received a refund
