i had to contact seller because the drive wasn't initated to a drive letter. showing no drive. so people that don't know about drives externally, will be pissed of, as i was told, thank you.. i had to go to disk management and format the drive. the seller, was of some help. thank you. but selling drives that wont find a drive letter, is bad for business. making us go through hoops!!! so not the best review. 2 out of 5 but it does show drive letter now..

Arrived quickly and safely. Pretty good condition for a used drive. No bad sectors, S.M.A.R.T health is good. I received a 5400 RPM / SATA II drive by mistake, despite being advertised as 7200 RPM / SATA III, however the seller was very quick to compensate for this. Thanks!
