  My paper item would have arrived not being creased, if your repurposed cardboard packaging didn't have an existing fold in it.

  I am sorry the packing was not up to standard and caused damage to the item. That is not acceptable. I take full responsibility and will ensure future items are packaged more carefully to avoid a similar situation. I know there is nothing I can do to undo the damage but I'd like the chance to make it up to you. I have issued a full refund including shipping. Additionally, if you find another print from the Currier & Ives calendar collection in my store you like I will send it for free.
