    Never seen anyone melt the wires into the switch plastics base so they didn't have to flux it. The base that holds the switches looks ok but there isn't any sort of grove or anything to hold the switches so they will rattle out. And one of the tabs that hold the center pice of the switch is half gone from poor installation. All fresh out the bag too.
