    Shipping / Communication - I have a cracked rim and need a new one ASAP. I found this one and the Est. Delivery Date was only a week, so I went for it. Per their OWN SHIP OUT POLICY- they are not honest and fair in dealing. Luckily, I found another one that is only a few hours away, called Aesop's in Tyler TX and got a GREAT deal. Was even offered an extra discount due for the inconvenience in dealing with this Transaction. The Aesop's rep guaranteed me it will leave their facility TODAY
