  Item was very nice product, but shipping was initiated on the day it was supposed to be delivered making the product delivery date 1 week past the pre-defined date at checkout. Frustrating since this was a birthday present that was received one week later than expected and defined in the initial description. I tried to get an update from the seller as to why it was so late, but none of the communication links worked.
