  Seller took a while to communicate. 2 weeks after purchasing my order had not shipped so I sent a message and received a reply stating the shipment would go out the next day. A full week later I receive a message from seller stating the item was damaged and they would be happy to refund my purchase and provide me a future discount code when more stock arrived. Another week goes by and I received no refund. eBay stepped in and made everything right.
