  there was NO WAY to open/program my own code on the Master keyless lock he sold me. I'm very disappinted Burned $20 on something that is junk to me or anybody who would've purchased this. I contacted him and he asked me weren't there instructions on the back of the lock. NO. nothing on the back of the lock or instructions in the package I asked him how we could resolve this and got no response

  The item was used and damaged before it was shipped. What a waste of time returning the package to a different company then the one it was shipped from. So you send me a used product and blame it on the shipper and make me go out of my way to return this trash. Are you telling me that the USPS opened the package, used it, broke it, took parts, and taped it up after? This is a giant scam and USPS needs to know!!! I just hope you don't get refunded for your negligence. Worst Ebay purchase ever!!!!
