This seller has poor communication. It took over a week to get a reply and then they provided an unrealistic exchange policy on a garment that didn't fit and was of poorly quality. Not only did they require return shipping x2 but they would only offer a random replacement garment of a different make and colour. I would expect some reasonable options for something not able to be tried on first. Horrible, customer service and horrible experience overall. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Jumper is nice. But if arrived late. I ordered it on the 1st of May, they didn't dispatch it till the 6th! I paid extra for it to arrive by the 10th, but it didn't arrive till the 13th. Disappointing!

As advertised, our processing time is 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Your order was placed on 1st May & was due for dispatch on the 9th (6th being a public holiday in Qld) We dispatched your order EARLY on 7th. The Auspost delivery estimate to your WA postcode with Express Post is 3-4 business days so your order arrived on time. When ordering you would have received an ESTIMATE from eBay, not a GUARANTEE for delivery on the 10th. Ordering earlier from interstate for Mother's Day would be pertinent :)
