  Tikva Shop is an awesome ebay storefront. The product was delivered on time and the communication was top-notch with even follow-up messages to make sure everything was good with my purchase. Tikva took care of all my questions very quickly - you don't see personalized contact and deliberate follow-up that is not automated very much with vendors these days.   The product was incorrect. I requested a return and paid for the label that they sent me. The item was never received according to them. Seems like it was meant to cross the ocean and lost because it was an overseas company and poor shipping habits. I would NEVER purchase from this company. In communicating they don't even understand the problem. They just repeat things that make no sense. I would not use them for their ability to communicate and understand is very lacking.
