    You cannot just cancel and order once it's already been cut and processed. The listing is extremely clear with this being a special order non-refundable item as it's a special cut to order. It also is clear that to be patient and to not bid if you cannot wait 12 business days to receive. This feedback is unfounded and we will be issuing a grievance with eBay.
