Welcome to Tig's HOUSE of CARDS, your destination for 70's, 80's, and early-90's graded stars, as well as a few cards from current stars like Shohei Ohtani and Caitlin Clark. I grew up in the 80's in Delaware. So, the Phillies and the Cowboys were (and still are) my teams. I was 9 when my father took my 3 brothers and me to Game 6 of the 1980 World Series. Changed my life! We all started collecting in late 70's but 1984 Topps is the set that got me into the hobby. I could only think of two players: Don and Darryl. Everyone else was 2nd rate. I lost interest for 30+ years until Shohei and Caitlin made the world fall back in love with competition. Two global superstars who actually care about winning and perfecting their craft.
