    In all of my many years of being an eBay seller, this is the very 1st negative feedback that I have EVER received! This buyer wanted to return eye cream that had been opened AND used! Because I cannot accept returns on used beauty items for hygiene reasons, they decided to leave me negative feedback! I am a small business owner that operates out of my home! I do not manufacture the beauty products that I sell, and it is in my listing that I cannot guarantee claims made by the manufacturer!
