We track all damage and lost claims and over the course of 14,000 DVD sales, we have a breakage rate of around 5 per 1000 sold so we are confident in the packaging that we use. We also offer a money back guarantee if your disc breaks in transit if the buyer sends us a picture of the damage. Thanks.
