    Coat arrived with people hair on it and wadded up in the box. Shipping label was loosely tapped to the box with scotch tap starting to come off.

    Good MorningSorry for you not being satisfied, The coat as clearly indicated in the post was in need of a cleaning due to being packed in storage. It was folded as you say in a box for shipment. I cant speak for the label as it was attached and i have never had shipment problems. I take pride in my store and items that i sell. I surely did not think a nice used coat for $15 deserved a negative feedback from you. Mayby you will consider changing your feedbackThanks for the purchase of the coat
