    Positive experience with seller. But product doesn’t work properly - vibrates really loudly. Didn’t come in Phillips box or have any Phillips messaging and website said that it would if product was new as advertised so makes me believe this is not actual Sonicare. Quality on this item is poor. Could have returned but needed because had to go out of town. Just not happy overall with extremely loud, overly vibrating product. Regarding value again disappointed because of the poor performance.
