  Bought a vase, got a chipped, foggy mess. Seller swore it left perfect. Questioned the damage, got rudeness galore. No resolution, just attitude. Lesson: accept broken goods quietly or get yelled at with exclamation marks (!!!) Customer service? Nonexistent. Skip this seller unless you collect chipped vases and bad vibes. 0/5, don’t recommend!

  We (Sellers) do not handle international return through Global Shipping, eBay does! As explained previously, we ship the item to eBay Hub and eBay (inspect and label it) and ship out the item to you! You have to return it through eBay Global shipping. I do not even know what country you live, eBay does, they ship it out to you, not me!
