  Not only was the package damaged and opened when I received it, the code was already scratched off and used it was NOT in perfect condition, hence why it was returned. The package has to be opened to know the code is in there. Before opening the package the outside was already torn, so I opened the package and looked under the bus where the code is and the code was scratched off along with the glue residue meaning it was used and put back together.

  This item was photographed and packed in shipping box same day. When photos were taken and box was packed it was brand new with no box damage and item was fully factory secured in package. While possible that the free item code was not secured correctly in factory the box damage was not present when shipped. However to offer good customer service I accepted return and issued a full refund even though Ebay allows for sellers to decrease refund by 50 percent when an item is returned damaged.
