  Item arrived damaged due to problems with the postal service. Seller was quite quick to remedy the situation, providing a full refund and an apology. Supplied photos of the damaged product to assist with their claim. Obviously disappointing to get the item damaged, but the seller did exactly what you would want in this situation. Certainly wouldn’t hold this against them for future sales - I know I’d be looked after again!
