    I received what appeared to be a brand new Craftsman Battery Charger. It didn’t work at all. The box that it was shipped in was in great shape, and was packaged well. I believe this person sent what was to believed to be a new working Charger, but it was faulty. I touched out to this person for assistance in getting another unit, and was told a replacement was being sent. I have not received anything, or them wanting the other unit back. This is the first negative response I’ve ever written.
