Our store name was created by my autistic son who named everything with Aces. It comes from one of his favorite YouTube creators. We value our customers and it is our priority to ship items as soon as possible. We all know what it is like to excitedly wait for a package to arrive.     Item was sent exactly as pictured. Buyer was offered a return for refund which was declined and wanted a $10 refund. We do not do partial refunds and will happily take a return.
