The plastic case is very solid and the imager sits very securely in the foam. Out of the box the THOR feels like good quality. I switched it on and it seems to work perfectly, the image on the screen is very clear and all the buttons respond nicely. I haven't downloaded any images yet or used it enough to give a full review but so far I am very happy with this purchase.

Worst of all the high temperature is stuck between 100° f and 110° f unless I zoom then it goes back to the actual temperature I've reached out to thermal Master and so far no one has helped resolve the problem it would be nice if they could help resolve the problem. Until it's resolved I stand by my review.
