    Item received in timely manner. I was a little nervous after ordering when the confirmation was received stating that the used product was non returnable. No where in the original listing did it say used, nor non returnable Altho eBay has claims or items being returnable. The listing stated “new open box” oppose to “used”; not the original box & no manual. steamer was definitely used because there was discolor on the steamer head from a lot. Happy to say the steamer is working efficiently.

    The picture is not what it looks like it is dirty and unkept. I have never seen something like this before. I want to just throw it away

    You are just lying about this item. You have a returns window and you have done nothing about it when you are still free to do so. You are the customer I don't wish to sell to at all. NEVER HAPPY and TERRIBLE at communication. Your comment is UNFAIR as is your discourteous attempt to smear this item and my business. I can't even imagine what it would be like if you ever had a satisfactory experience with anything. This is just despicable and you also are allowed to get away with it too.
