  I bought this service station for my printer and it was advertised as a new one. I received the package and opened box to my surprise it was a used one with ink all over it. I contacted them yep there mistake they didn't have any new ones. So i cleaned this one up installed it expecting a refund. I contacted them about refund and was told they sell used ones for approx. only 125.00 less and i responded that was not good enough and haven't heard a word since. Don't expect what you order.

  Delivery Driver was extremely difficult to work with. The plotter was being delivered to an office. Even though he had a lift gate on his truck, He demanded that we bring a forklift to unload. After 30 minutes of being Obtuse, He dropped it off by the entrance.
