    The plastic bag type of shipping package was used, packaged received damaged from shipping, it made a hole and stained the dress. Dress was new with tags with no flaws. I am bummed about the damage but it was USPS negligence, however the dress itself could have been protected more from inside the shipping package. I provided photos to the Seller. Seller was communicative, understanding and provided refund. Would buy from Seller again!
