  Purchased an item and received it however it was not the right item. Asked for a refund but buyer was reluctant to give me one. Sent item back and then buyer claimed it was not the original item which was because the one that came out of the car was still in the car because his would not work in mine. Now seller does not want to issue a refund and has filed a claim. Buyer Beware

  This is very incorrect & dishonest. You purchased a seatbelt for a convertible & that's what you received. You needed one for a coupe and opened a return. We didn't send the wrong one, you purchased the wrong one. Not a problem, we accepted the return even though we weren't obligated to accept it. You sent us back your locked seatbelt. In order to get a refund, you must send back the item you purchased. We reached out when we received it & you said it was an accident so not sure how we're here.
