    Item arrived and didn’t work. Bought all kinds of chargers and batteries, still doesn’t work.

    Buyer purchased the incorrect charger. MULTIPLE TIMES. They proceeded to buy cords even though we informed them the battery takes its own separate charger. Buyer continued to purchase the wrong charger. Seeing how this was going we offered a free return for a full refund. Buyer just decided to leave negative feedback for user error instead and never opened a return. Sounds more like they wanted a refund & keep item for free.
