I didn't have any options left but to report to eBay after 10days of no progress. No shipping updates, no communication, cancelation request declined, needed to report to eBay.   I received a pair that was not pictured. I reached out to the seller numerous times to try and coordinate the exchange for the item I paid for. After several messages, I finally received a response of ‘I accept returns’. Very disappointed that the seller did not care to rectify the error that they made.
