  Shipping and packaging and timely arrival were all just fine; however, seller's no return policy is unfortunate because the shoes did not fit. Generally all Ecco size 37 fit; these were too small. So now, I'm stuck with a $70 pair of shoes with no way to get a refund or exchange. Before buying from a "no returns ever" seller, be okay with a loss of money if it doesn't work!

  I’m truly sorry the shoes didn’t fit as expected. As a reseller, I have no control over how different brands or styles fit each individual, but I always strive to offer authentic items at a fair price, with careful packaging and timely shipping. Regarding the price mentioned, these ecco shoes were listed at $48.95, not $70, and after eBay fees and shipping costs, my net was just over $30. I do my best to keep prices reasonable while providing genuine products. I appreciate your understanding.
