Back in 2015, I'd inherited an estate through work. Most of the items were early vintage and fascinating to me in their historical relevance. Never one to be wasteful, I went to work determining the estate's value. This, of course, required knowledge of what everything was. Handling this accurately often took a bit of scholarly research and a whole new set of skills. Fortunately, I was already a fastidious collector by nature and had a knack for it. I'd get exhilarated whenever I'd find a clue or a lead. Hallmarks, magnifying glasses and pattern books became daily staples. I often imagined myself as a kind of Indiana Jones, piecing together the past one relic at a time. That very spirit of reverent exploration shaped The Ark's aesthetic and basic philosophy.
While The Lost Ark's inventory does strive to evoke the thrill of discovery, we're not above selling the contemporary, mundane, or practical treasures we pick up along the way.
So, look around... and discover.
